There are two methods of teaching, that are traditional methods and innovative approach (modern) methods of teaching learning mathematics.
The first one is traditional methods
In this method the teacher behave as if he/she is one and only one sources of learning math, and the student is to be precept as ‘tong kosong’. The teacher think that they should give and transform their knowledge to the student, so its also called as transfer of knowledge methods.
The second method is innovative approach (modern) methods
This method is like a growing tree. The important component of this method is to facilitate, the teacher is facilitate the student. In order to facilitate the student, teacher need tools or technology, one of them is online/web blog.
In order that we are develop, we need to have understanding about the nature of math (school math) , the nature of student learn math, the nature of all aspects of teaching learning process,etc.
 The nature of school math totally different with formal (axiomatic/pure) mathematics.
1.      School math is a search of pattern
2.      School math is an solving problem
3.      School math is communication
4.      Etc.
Obligatory, teaching mathematics in school is use school mathematics. Meanwhile, the formal/axiomatic mathematics is used in university.
