Develop the Teacher Method of Teaching

I totally agree with the statement
that teacher should develop their way/their method of teaching. But i think
they also need to think about the student's perspective in order to develop
their method in a better way. The better way here, i mean the way that not
force their own perspective but more facilitating the student to learn. When
they (the teacher) also think about the student's perspective at the time when
they develop their method, the teacher can understand what the student want.
Develop the teacher method with
that way, can produce a result/ way of teaching that not giving the students a
receipt or model but to facilitate them to construct their own math/model
